My review of the Q2 mini Bob and Brad massage gun

I was particularly interested in reviewing the Bob and Brad massage gun as this process is something I go though semi-regularly when visiting my chiropractor. I say semi-regularly as unfortunately although I'm in pain, I don't visit as often as I should due to money costs. Having this at home device appealed massively to me for its upmost convenience.

Size wise the Q2 mini is perfect! Because it's quite small it's easy for me to manoeuvre across my body, in particular reaching hard to reach areas on my back (which is where I mainly suffer).

Surprisingly in contrast to its size, the Q2 mini certainly packs a punch with intensity. I found the initial speed of 1800 RPM to be quite intense and felt a difference with muscle ache exceptionally quickly. I did try the higher speed ratings however felt the first two levels worked best for me and what I need.

The flat head and u-shape massage attachments are my favourites to use. I find them to be particularly effective on my back and shoulders. The u-shape massage head glides perfectly from my neck to my shoulders. It performs like a dream!

The overall design works well on the Q2 mini. With only one button it's really easy to use and I appreciate the ergonomic shape of the design.

I've really enjoyed using the Bob and Brad Q2 mini massage gun and will continue to do so for quite some time, I'm sure. As someone who's suffered with back pain for the last 15+ years, this little device is a God send.
