ADPR. 2024 is the year I'm giving back to the readers of my blog. I've achieved a lot over the last few years running this little slice of internet full time, and I want to show my appreciation. I've hosted a few giveaways over the year and here's another one right at you! This time in the form of a self care pamper package... Something I think we could probably all do with.

Self care is very important especially if you are providing care to others. If you don't look after yourself you can't be at your best to look after those you love

Since retiring and having the luxury of quite a lot of free time I make sure I have some time to myself every day. It may be walking , reading or listening to music or a pamper night in. After an extremely busy working life it is bliss although I now regard it as a necessity for my well-being, not a luxury.
