ADPR. Have you ever wondered how to find freelance writing jobs? It's something I definitely struggled with at the beginning of my freelance journey. I know what it's like. It can feel like a complete minefield out there. As a freelancer it's often a case of you get out what you put in. I've found you need to be on the ball all of the time and be open to as many opportunities as possible. This is where The Writers Job Newsletter comes in.

What is The Writers Job Newsletter?
Launching in 2021, The Writers Job Newsletter helps writers find freelance writing jobs. After what's been a really difficult time for freelancers The Writers Job Newsletter has come at the most perfect time. Covid took a lot from freelancers and this newsletter exists to to give us that little extra boost.
The Writers Job Newsletter has been put together by writers. They understand just how difficult it can be being able to find freelance writing jobs, especially those that are honest and well paid. They've done the hard part and scoured various different freelance opportunities, making it easier for us to gain those opportunities.
What's included in The Writers Job Newsletter?
We're welcomed to The Writers Job Newsletter with what possibly is the best tool to find freelance writing jobs.... A directory of over 50+ editors who are taking on pitches. And even better, the directory gives you an approximate rate the editors are willing to accept... A vital tool I've found when it comes to finding freelance writing jobs. We've all been there haven't we? We pitch our services to a brand only to get a custard pie in the face of 'we'd love to work with you but we have no budget'... Not ideal as a freelancer!
We're then introduced to a long list of freelance writing jobs, that are ours for the taking. There's remote writing jobs, social media jobs and Reddit jobs just waiting for us to take advantage of them. Unfortunately not all of them are paid for jobs, but for the most part they are. Either way as a freelancer being able to add people to your network is a huge bonus!
Additionally there is a competition section on the newsletter where at the moment you could win up to $5000 worth of goodies.
My thoughts on The Writers Job Newsletter as a freelancer.
For me personally, you can never have too many opportunities as a freelancer. Whether you decide to take those opportunities is a different question. One of the best things about being a freelancer is being able to decide what and how much work you take on. Having freelance writing jobs readily available to pitch and apply for is exactly what I want as a freelancer.
At this specific moment in time, having just given birth & moved house I'm not currently in the market for pitching for work, however come January, which is when I think I'll be back (full steam ahead) The Writers Job Newsletter is going to be such a vital tool for me.
The editors directory is going to be crucial in expanding my network and hopefully in turn gaining paid freelance writing jobs. I love how the directory is sectioned into different niches meaning it couldn't be simpler finding the right people to pitch to. I've already got my eye on a few editors ready to pitch to in the new year!
The list of job adverts is such a varied one. Although there's a lot on there I wouldn't necessarily apply for, I can't deny that there isn't something for everyone! For the most part being able to find freelance writing jobs you have to sift through the things you're not particularly interested in, and this is no different.
Why you should sign up to The Writers Job Newsletter to find freelance writing jobs.
As a freelancer it's important to give yourself as many income streams as possible. Financial freedom as a freelancer is the dream right? The Writers Job Newsletter makes things super simple and although everything on there may not be for you, there's such a large choice of job opportunities available... There's got to be something on there that's perfect for you!
If you want to find freelance writing jobs I'd really recommend signing up to The Writers Job Newsletter. Not only is it a great place to find freelance jobs but the wealth of networking information is amazing.

Hi Claire,
What a great idea. Have you had any success with it yet?
My posts are fairly irregular as it is - I don't think I have time to be writing for somebody else too 😉 But I'll certainly keep in mind if the situation changes.
Oooh this sounds amazing, I'm definitely going to sign up asap!
