I have some very exciting news! It's a biggie for me and something that I feel will be monumental for my career... I'm going to be co-author of a book!

Along with 60 other Mum's I've written my story and message to my daughter as part of The Positive Motherhood Project's Meanings over Milestones collection.

Meanings over milestones. The book I will be co-authoring with 60 other mums.

What is the aim of the book?

The book's aim is to inspire Mum's everywhere to look inward. It's a time to reflect upon our purposes, passions and to share the values we have with our children. We like to think that meanings are just as important as milestones.

Not only will this book inspire, but it will also make a huge difference to vulnerable children. 100% of the profits from book sales will go to funding grass roots projects tackling children's emotional well-being.

What will my story be?

If you've been following me for a while you'll know that over the last couple of years & especially since becoming a Mum I've been on quite the personal journey. My confidence has grown tenfold. I've learnt to see myself as me and become fearless being myself as well as being a mother. I'm bursting now with confidence I never had before and I'm well and truly being the best version I could possibly be of myself.

The belief I now have in myself has been shown recently through taking a giant leap of faith. I quit my stable job of five years! I'm trusting in myself & following my dream of being a freelance blogger & content writer.

The title of my story will be 'Take a chance on yourself'.

When will be book be out?

The book is still currently in the final stages of having its stories put together. This will be completed by the end of the month & then from there the book will take around twelve weeks to publish. In this time there will be plenty going on, with editing, proof reading, formatting and even designing the front cover. It's such an exciting process that I still can't quite believe I'm actually involved in!

If everything runs smoothly and goes to plan the book will be being published in August.

How you can help with the book.

We would be very grateful for any contribution to our campaign to help cover costs of production, editing & formatting. We'd love to crowdfund £2000 if possible to help with production costs.

When we have a publish date, the book will be available to purchase from Amazon in both paperback & ebook form. Any support in purchasing the book would be greatly, greatly appreciated!

Help us crowd fund the book I'm going to be co-author of.

I'm still pinching myself that I've been given such a wonderful opportunity. I can't quite believe I'm going to be co-author of a book!... And with such amazing women too! I've read their stories. I've cried, rejoiced and resonated with so many of them, and I think you will too.

I can't wait to show you the finished product!
