Fashion | Primark Blues.

How beautiful is the weather we've been having recently? I've actually managed to tan, which is really rare for me, it is of course the tiniest bit of tan possible, but it's tan none the less & I'm very much enjoying it. I just need it to stay!! I wore this outfit on what was recorded as the hottest day of the year so far & boy did it do me well!

I've never worn culottes in my life but I picked this pair up in the Primark at Harrogate last week for the bargain price of £3.00 & thought why the hell not!... I love Primark for trying clothes that aren't totally in your comfort zone, because even if you don't love them then you haven't wasted a small fortune trying out the latest trend. Thankfully though, I love these! I love how they sit super high on my waist & skim over my hips. The fabrics really light & floaty too, so absolutely pefect for the amazing weather we're having.
I'm pretty much a walking Primark manequin at the moment, as the striped drape top is from there too. It's a similar material to the culottes so together these sit really nicely together & feel amazing on.
I've used tan & gold accessories as I think this is a much more summery yet muted combination to use. My trusty River Island sandals are making another appearance on the blog along with my asos barrel bag - Both are about on their ways out though to be fair (Boo hiss!) so if you have any similar alternatives I'd love to see them.

What outfits have you been wearing to keep cool this Summer?

  1. Gorgeous outfit! We've had such amazing weather - I actually got a tan while in Scotland! I usually just go red in the sun, but actually tanned this year, woo hoo! My latest outfit post features my favourite loose trousers that are perfect for those really hot days. xxx

  2. BUGGAR! I picked the same ones up in Leeds for £5 😂 but, I picked my normal size and they are too big (brilliant in terms of losing weight but crap cos I can't wait them now!)
    You've styled them perfectly ❤️
