Outfit: Wearing Work Wear As Every Day Wear

I've mentioned before how much I'm loving wearing a shirt for everyday wear recently - I don't know what it is about styling a simple tailored shirt but I instantly feel like a grown up professional! Today I've been updating my Interior Design portfolio and have had to venture out picking up fabric & wallpaper samples & I think this is the perfect work wear outfit for a Designer... I just need the job now!

This is the second time I've worn this amazingly zingy blazer, it's one of those pieces that I can only imagine wearing with a simple monochrome outfit - Just because the colour is so bright! I still can't decide whether its a yellow or a green colour, it seems every time I look at it I change my mind. Answers on a postcard please! My collection of these Primark shirts is slowly but surely growing, I've got about five now all in different colours, they're brilliant because I can wear the neutral colours for work aswell as in 'everyday life'. Just a little thing too, but I love how you can't see the buttons on these shirts, it's such a simple touch which makes the shirt look much more expensive than its' £8.00 price tag! My leather skirt is another absolute bargain (I'm getting so good now, I feel like a professional bargain hunter!) I picked up in my local Oasis. I never really venture into Oasis, I'm not sure why, but I'll be visiting more often now. I picked this asymmetric beauty up for £10.00 which I thought was absolutely amazing!

Have you been wearing 'work wear' on more casual days?

Thanks for taking a look. Lots of love.
