Outfit: Clash Of The Primark Prints

Today I'm writing from what feels like my death bed - Truth be told, I am slightly over exaggerating, I am in quite poorly though. I've been sent home from work for being sick as well as suffering with a ridiculously bad back.  I've always suffered with a bad back, which seems ridiculous seen as though I'm 24 (going on 84) but the last couple of days have been really excruciating. I don't know where on Earth it's come from, but at the minute it feels like it's not going to go away any time soon. I was invited to a blogger event on Thursday, I had my outfit all planned, my satnav at the ready, but I just couldn't face it, my old lady bones weren't having any of it. I didn't want to waste my preplanned outfit though so before having an hours soak in the bath with some Radox, I took some outfit pics.

This outfit makes me feel like I'm still wearing my pjamas!... Which I'm totally in love with - It's so lovely when an outfit has that perfect balance. There's nothing worse than wearing these on trend, super tight & super tailored outfits you see some girls wearing - You know the type, walking totally straight & upright like they've got a pole up their arse. Comfort over fashion every time. Maybe that's a strange thing to say coming from a fashion blogger, but I'm sure you all know exactly what I mean.
I wouldn't normally wear two such extravagant prints together, I must have been feeling brave with this ensemble, but truth be told I actually really love it. I really like the festival/boho vibe that comes with the outfit, tied in with my flower crown & pool sliders I think it works really well. I definitely feel like I can take more risks print wise, I think this outfit will be a sign of things to come for me.

What do you think of clashing prints? Is it something you're brave enough to try?

Thanks for taking a look. Lots of love.
